Small Group Basketball Training

Unlike large camps where athletes spend most of the time standing in lines, our small group training sessions provide individualized coaching, constant feedback, and hundreds of quality repetitions every workout. Every athlete is challenged according to their current skill level while receiving personal instruction from Coach Iving.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Book A Skills Evaluation
Athletes complete a full on-court evaluation assessing: Ball-handling under pressure Shooting mechanics & shot creation Footwork, balance, and body control Game-speed decision-making in a 1 on 1 or small group setting. Parents receive clear feedback and a development recommendation.
Placement Into the Right Group
Based on age, ability, and goals, athletes are placed into a small group (4-6 players max) and follow either: Core Development (2x/week) Elite Development (3x/week)
12-Week Development Cycle
Athletes train through a structured curriculum focused on: Skill consistency under pressure Speed, agility, and durability Game confidence and performance Progress is reviewed throughout the program.
